Triton Arms, LLC’s Rifles and OEM products are warranted to be free of defect by reason of faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty applies to; complete Triton Arms Rifles that ship from the Triton Arms factory for the lifetime of the rifle (transferable), OEM Products from the date of purchase; Triton Arms Barrels 10 years, parts and accessories one year.
The Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty against Triton Arms, LLC for the repair (or at Triton Arms, LLC’s discretion the replacement) of the product or any part (s) and no other remedy, including but not limed to, incidental or consequential damage or loss of whatsoever nature, shall be available to the Purchaser. Triton Arms, LLC decision on all matters relating to complaints shall be final and binding on the Purchaser. When requesting warranty service the Purchaser must simultaneously with the request present the applicable and valid purchase receipt to Triton Arms, and /or have on file with Triton Arms and Owner Registration Card. Failure to produce the applicable and valid purchase receipt or have on file an Owner’s Registration Card will result in the request for warranty being null and void. A completed Owner Registration Card must be submitted to Triton Arms, LLC within 30 days of purchase to qualify for warranty services. Any product (s) that has been altered (changed/modified) from their original design, components, parts and/or configuration will void this warranty.
The following are expressly excluded from this warranty; regular maintenance services, consequential damages resulting from any defect in the product, natural variations in color (s), texture or surface/cosmetic irregularities, failure to adhere to the products standard treatment and care instructions, to malfunction or damage resulting from accidents, which occur during transit, and/or handling, or product misuse, improper use, abuse, neglect or negligence by the purchaser or anybody else, use inconsistent with the technical and/or safety standards, malfunction, or damage from the results of defective, low-quality , hand-loaded, reloaded or improper ammunition, or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lighting or any other external disaster, war or any other disturbance (revolution, riot, etc), unforeseen accidents, wear and tear, or any other external factors beyond Triton Arms, LLC’s control, or to any Product repaired, adjusted, rebuilt modified, changed or converted by any person (including the Purchaser) other than Triton Arms, LLC.
Triton Arms, LLC does not give any warranty or guarantee whatsoever in respect of any product (or any part (s) thereof) which has not been manufactured or imported and distributed by Triton Arms, LLC, and which has not been purchased from an authorized dealer, whether such products are branded with any trademarks similar to any trade mark belonging to or used by Triton Arms, LLC. Triton Arms, LLC does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied with respect to the Products, including without limitation any implied warranties of fitness for particular purpose, except as expressly set forth herein. In no event shall Triton Arms, LLC be liable to the user for any lost products or for special damages, indirect loss or any other damage. No authority has been give to any one whomsoever to vary the terms or conditions of this Warranty. No Warranty (whether given by Triton Arms, LLC or any other person) other than this Warranty Certificate shall be binding on Triton Arms, LLC in relation to the Products. Defective Products or part (s) that have been replaced shall become the property of Triton Arms, LLC’s and not returned to the Purchaser.
